Thanks for all the (bag) support!
Each T-Bar is handmade in Richmond, Va. They are constructed from 3/8"x.049" stainless steel tubing tig welded to a machined stainless steel clamp. Lightweight and corrosion resistant, they are available in Raw Brushed and Powder Coat Black.
Its basically a push-up bra for your handlebar bag...
Taking the place of a 1/2" tall spacer directly underneath the stem on any 1-1/8" steerer, it supports your handlebar bag, providing extra strength and rigidity to avoid flop when riding rough trail with all the goodies in your bag. The T-Bar saves your bag and frame from paint scuffs and tears; and relieves pressure on the brake/shift cables that can make any bag setup a drag. Clean up your cockpit and support your goods with a T-Bar!
Sizing is based around stem length, with some other considerations.
Generally:
Short: 40-60mm stems
Medium: 60-90mm stems
Long: 90-120mm stems
Check out the Dimensions tab below for more information.
T-Bar Light Mounts:
Tuck a headlight under your bag! Threaded M6 and M5 mounting holes for Dynamo lights and handlebar light adapters like the Paul Gino. (listed under the "size" tab above)

Geometry and Sizing
For the "reach" of the T-Bar, from the center of the steer tube to the front edge of the T-Bar where it bends down toward the crossbar is 105mm for the large, 84mm for the medium, and 63mm for the small, +/- 1 or 2mm.
For "drop" all sizes position the crossbar roughly 130mm from the middle of the clamp to the bottom of the crossbar, though this varies a bit based on head tube angle. Generally speaking this results in a 140-160mm "Bar-to-Bar" measurement, from where your bag attaches to the handlebar and the crossbar the T-Bar.
This distance is ideal for most medium-large front bags, though some larger bags like the Fab's Chest benefit from an extra steer tube spacer between the bottom of your stem and the top of the T-Bar clamp.
