Heavy Duty Twisted T-Bar

For larger bags which can hold more weight, we can make a "Heavy Duty" version with the reinforcement strut which handles something like 16lbs. The HD version is made to order and costs $120 for the raw stainless finish. Here's some notes about the HD version:

• We can make the cross bar wider if needed, standard is 200mm. The cross bar can't be wider than double(ish) the spacing of the webbing loops on the back of your bag.
• HD T-bars are $120 for raw stainless and ship in 5-10days. Black or other powdercoat colors are available for +$15 and add 2-3weeks to lead time.
• The HD T-bar works best with 10mm of spacer below the T-bar clamp, or on headtubes with an outside diameter of 48mm or less when the T-bar sits directly on top of the headset. The slope of the strut may require extra spacers to clear the edge of the headtube or headset cup.

The largest front bags may need a taller T-Bar. For these, we make an XL version, with the support strut, that is ~1inch/25mm taller than a standard T-Bar. This size is recommended for bags like the Ronbikes Fab's Chest and Roadrunner Jumbo Jammer, which need a bar-to-bar dimension of 6+ inches. This may also be achieved by moving your Standard T-bar down on your steer tube and putting spacers between it and your stem, but not everyone has the room for that.

Unless otherwise specified, XL T-Bars have a crossbar that is 280mm wide.
